Tuesday, November 28, 2023 - Hugely expressive on the nose. Layers of nutty tarte tatin, smoke, chalk. Rich and elegant with well cut definition. Lovely palate intensity, vibrant acidity. Tows the line between richness and refinement perfectly. Long mineral and baked apple finish. Just delicious now but will improve.
