Saturday, May 6, 2023 - Luis goes to Cahill Bistro: 45 minute decant, fairly consistent with the last bottle. Modern rich fruit with a soft palate and syrah-like secondary components. There was a olive flavor along with blueberry, slight vanilla and underbrush.
