Monday, December 10, 2012 - WSET Level 2 Class 8 (BCIT Downtown Campus, Vancouver, BC): Tasted blind. Clear, very pale lemon green, almost watery. Large bubbles throughout the glass. Nose is clean, medium intensity, aromas of green apples, honeydew, white flowers. Palate is off-dry, medium- acid, medium- body, with flavours of apples, pears and melon. Mousse is course and foamy, quick to disappate. Finish is short. Quality is acceptable... generic and lacking freshness.
