Monday, December 25, 2023 - Disgorged 2009. Very mature and quite different from the dry Champagnes I usually drink. It was full of life and lots of different fruit tastes as well as other aromas. But the unusual part was the high dosage. A weak but persistent mousse persisted and the color was "only" straw yellow. It had a long aftertaste and was very complex. A treat to try but not my favourite style.
