Saturday, March 7, 2015 - Excellent, classic. 13% alc.
Colour: deep black berry
Bouquet: rich spicey plums and sour cherries, vanilla oak, black pepper, pencil shavings
Palate: minty, ripe plummy fruit, char and smoke, with fine grained big soft tannins, still loads of fresh fruit, with layers of flavour -- mocha coffee, licorice, and all characters in bouquet. Full bodied, dry and long finish.
