I found this wine to be very interesting and at 55 years of age to be really something. What I didn't taste was a lot of complexity until the wine was at the very end of the bottle. Fascinating that it finished very dry and most of the sugar has resolved itself into the acid. solid experience and this bottle was shipped X cellars. enjoyed with salt and pepper shrimp and chong qing Sichuan chicken. I wouldn't decant it but I would let it chill in the glass for as long as you can stand it. A nice treat.
