Sunday, September 22, 2013 - Pale gold color. This has an exotic nose of lychee and fresh cut flowers. On the palate, this is well-structured (if a bit reserved) with stony saline flavors and gentle acidity integrated in balanced proportions. While this is not as excellent as the top Bordeaux Blanc, it is nonetheless a pleasant and enjoyable wine that makes a versatile pairing with a variety of lighter dishes. Drinking well now, this should hang on for another few years.
