Friday, January 29, 2016 - Honey, custard, pineapple, smoke, minerals, citrus, a hint of melon, some brown sugar, and vanilla on the nose. Honey, spice, some light citrus, stone fruit, pineapple juice, minerals, and some smoky, earthy hints on the palate. Refreshing acidity, long delicious finish, nice complexity, light-medium body. This was really nice. There was a lot going on without being syrupy or cloying. Should be fun to follow for several years.
