Wednesday, March 11, 2009 - Paso Robles Tour and Seminar (Binny's South Loop - Chicago, IL): Beautiful dark cherry. Chocolate, leather and some nice spice on the mid palate.
Solid long finish. Excellent silky mouth feel. Enjoyed this more than the treasured Estate Cuvee interestingly enough.
I felt this was more accessible and showed more refined elegance than the Cuvee's currently awkward masculinity.
