Monday, December 19, 2022 - A pretty nose of plums and espresso. Still some tannic structure framing the dark fruit and licorice. Could be considered a luncheon claret, but it was a lovely accompaniment to our beef in red wine. The taste lingers and I quite enjoyed it.
