Tuesday, May 22, 2018 - 1999 Bordeaux @ Piccolino (Piccolino, Liverpool Street Stn, London): Really strong nose of roast beef crisps initially though that dissipates somewhat. Sweeter fruited on the attack. Nice fruit here. Resolved but with some tannin starting to poke through on the end as it opens up. Very decent. ***1/2
