Tuesday, February 2, 2016 - Back from my travels in Myanmar (a vinous desert) and grabbed this from my cellar to see if it matched my original note from September 2015 made at a Spectator Winemaker's Dinner.
It did, but even after a 2.5hr decant clearly needs longer to develop to full potential than my original thoughts - a LOT longer. Will not touch next bottle till 2020 and expect this wine to hit 93+?+ with ease. Superb potential.
