Saturday, October 11, 2014 - 1990 Bordeaux Tasting (Kevin's (Minneapolis)): Wine of the year candidate. Decanted 1.5 hours. Intense wine with pepper, red meat, earth, bright fruits and gravel. The palate offers a variety of mineral elements and super long finish. While this is still tannic the flavors are persistent and this should age 30 years. An unbelievable effort!!!
