Friday, January 29, 2016 - A private dinner (Restaurant Alinea Madrid, Madrid, Spain): Classic, rich Bual nose, Brazil nuts and apricot, lovely woody notes, vanilla; sweet and concentrated palate, characteristic tangy (Oliveira) acidity, really nice bitters, great extract, long finish.
