Wednesday, April 23, 2008 - Bright yellow. Lots of butterscotch, butter, and subtle pineapple here. Rich and ripe without being sweet. Like many '05s, it has just enough acidity. Some bitterness on the finish. Well made without being over the top or having too much oak, just not my style of Chardonnay.
