Sunday, February 10, 2013 - Fantastic Napa Cab Franc. Reminescent of a good quality High percentage Cab Franc St-Emilion.

Nose: Liquorice, plum, dark fruits, iron, violet and dust

Palate: Beautiful kick of dark fruits, liquorice, menthol and dust in the entrance. Then, some aged fruits and flower along with new leather comes in. The final is still tannic but fine grained and sweet.

Great Wine !

We all loved it !
