Friday, December 24, 2010 - Excellent, especially as it warmed a bit. Elegant and deft with both acid/green apple and yeastiness, and a long long finish. Marginally less satisfying than the previous bottle, but still well worth the tariff for me. At Marche Moderne on Christmas Eve.
