Friday, January 1, 2016 - Very stubborn cork, had to break off top of cork and use a corkscrew. The bottom part of the cork had crystallized. Nose of minerals, bread dough, and a hint of citrus. Medium bodied. Very fine bubbles. Intense flavors of red apple and lemon. 45 second finish.
