Monday, October 5, 2009 - Green tinged gold in color with good clarity. very aromatic on the nose, with apricot, peach, candied ginger and lime and a note of crushed slate. the wine had a medium+ body with a solid acidity, and a hint of sweetness balanced out with the stated 12% abv. overall an excellent wine that screams value. paired incredibly well with Steamed Cod and soy/ginger sauce over rice.
