Monday, October 26, 2009 - Clear with just a bit of browning. Caramel and cola on opening that gave way to sour cherry fruit and mild spice. Became more youthful seeming in the hour or so it was open. Unique and quite nice. Purchased at a wine shop in Barcelona and drank that night.
