Wednesday, November 3, 2010 - This is really showing beautifully right now. Still extremely fresh, there are no signs of age on this at all. However, it is softer, showing some rainwater notes versus the chiseled saline minerality of some vintages. It was sublime with ahi tuna in a lime and soy based sauce, but pretty damn delicious when we polished off the bottle later on by itself. I have one more bottle, which I'll hold for curiosity, but it will be difficult to not pull the cork in the short term.
