Saturday, March 6, 2010 - Paired perfectly with the sauces and spices at Mr Chows. Herbaceous honeysuckle, vibrant acidity. Excellent food wine. Drank much better than the 02 d'Angerville Clos des Ducs, and the 99 Williams Selyem Precious Mountain.
