Monday, July 1, 2019 - A natural wine done well. Just a hint of barnyard, but otherwise classically Cab Franc with green peppercorn and brambly berries with a smack of graphite and some spice. Palate is a bit on the austere side, but the structure is really lovely. I wouldn't decant these at this point, the fruit did begin to fade.
