Saturday, February 18, 2023 - Screwcap. Nose of blackberry syrup, leather, some pepper, herb. Lovely deep, rich cloak.
Palate; mouth coating, dark fruit, tangy, medium weight, tannins kept in check, finish is balanced and long. Palate fruit is still quite youthful and could help this well into the future. Lovely Victorian shiraz at its best with potential for greater upside. 92+
