Thursday, October 29, 2015 - Annual Comparative Bordeaux Tasting (2000/2005) (Chicago, IL): This is a massive tobacco bomb on the nose, but this is followed with tart cherries and other red fruits on the palate, in a very light and feminine style, with really enjoyable acidity. This drinks incredibly well now, and is a nice change up from the miserable failure that is the 2005.
