Sunday, July 26, 2015 - What a beautiful wine! Nose to die for: intense and hedonistic despite the age. Decanted for an hour while we enjoyed our appetizers with a Chardonnay. Many layers over the next two hours, starting with pencil lead, tobacco, cedar and cherry and evolving to crushed velvet sweetened with red currant jelly. Just a great experience.
