Monday, April 21, 2008 - Sagrantino Day International (Rome, Piazza Colonna - Sala Angiolillo nella sede de Il Tempo): Anteprima tasting. Sweet/ripe fruit, smooth/powdery tannins; lovely. Outstanding expression of Sagrantino varietal character. Never heard of this producer before. It was the WOTN and the surprise of the night. 95
