I'm not sure if this bottle was tainted or not because after an hour the sweatiness died down and became more normal. The wine tasted good, if not a bit bland, with apples, chalky minerality, and lemon curd. The blandness died down and the taste became more pronounced at the tail-end of the bottle. We drank this within an hour and the bottle didn't even show up until the end. I highly recommend a minimum hour-long decant prior to drinking this, or you'll be disappointed. I can't score this any higher without a full-on decant.
