Sunday, July 23, 2023 - Intense ruby color.
Intense nose of red fruit, grape (almost Dimetap at first), chocolate covered cherries, maraschino cherries, strawberry jam, plum, cotton candy, leather. Interesting smokiness to it as well, like smoked red fruits - everything is well-integraged. Taste wood, cedar, the red fruits. The secondary flavors especially linger for a long finish. Great wine!
