Saturday, February 5, 2011 - Notes of plum sauce, fig paste, roses. Focused attack, with tart red and black fruits, notably cherry, plum, and blackberry. This is layered, not as ripe as either the '04 or '05, and will benefit from short-term cellaring to loosen up the finish.
