Saturday, November 24, 2012 - Lovely wine. A bit more structure than other 2007 CDPs I have had, but I guess that is the Mourvedre. Very approachable for a young Beaucastel but my guess is it will last the course. Meaty aromas on the nose and excellent dark cherry fruits. Good length and excellent balance. Very good.
