Saturday, February 23, 2013 - Den første timen var denne meget skuffende, var mer som en Cotes du Rhone enn top notch CDP. Men etter ca 2 timer endrer vinen karakter og blir betydelig mer balansert, "myk" og rafinert. Kompleksiteten i vinen blir mer og mer fremtredende jo lenger vinen blir i karafellen. Blir sikkert enn meget flott vin om 10 + år.

But after about 2 hours the wine changes character and becomes considerably more balanced, "soft" and refined. The complexity of the wine becomes more and more pronounced the longer the wine is in [carafe?]. Being secure than most wonderful wine for 10 + years.
