Sunday, May 22, 2011 - Oak and citrus on the nose. Tart green apple, with some peacha dn nice acidity, finishes with green apple and pear and a bit of oak. Re-corked immediately. Drank again a second day, the taste became less tart, more fruit, with a smooth finish with a hint of butter and oak. Liked it better the second day because of the better balance of tart and sweet and the smoothness in the finish.
