Wednesday, December 30, 2015 - From memory. Gold color. Nice aromas of apples, honeywax, herbs. Palate showed slightly honeyed apples, unripe pears, herbs, nuts. Very good acids give it lift. Elegant, seamless and beautiful. Just really nice. A phenomenal bargain at $15. Wish I would have bought more.
