Sunday, May 28, 2023 - Decanted for 2+ hours. A good amount of sediment settled on the bottle. Rinsed and returned to the bottle. Still a bit restrained to start but opened up over dinner and showed some dried fruits. Showing it's age. Fine grained tannins.
