Saturday, December 16, 2017 - It's not often I get to taste a Vin de Constance, especially with some ageing. Opened and drunk immediately to accompany a chocolate dessert, which paired well. Medium orange colour, the nose and palate show several fruit flavours, e.g. orange, pineapple, tropical fruit. This is a delicious wine, with rich flavours and great length. I'm sure it would keep for another 10-20 years if we hadn't opened it.
