Saturday, August 23, 2014 - Wow. This was my 4th or 5th bottle of this and was massively different from the others. Bought from the chateau itself while visiting on holiday.Still deep, purple appearance. Pronounced nose of chocolate, oaky aromas, spice, cloves, High acidity dominates the palate with red fruit on the finish, full bodied. Long finish. My previous bottles have always placed this as a wine that is drinking at its peak now but based on this evdience there is a good 10-15 years to go. Amazing is the difference that providence makes.
