Wednesday, September 10, 2014 - Cedar and graphite. Kirsch, blackberry. Tobacco. Fig. Acidity is medium. Tannins are resolved and silky, dusty-ish. Nice. Not the most complex, but this does not suck. Found this continuing to develop in the glass over time nicely. This particular bottle was taken well care of over time, so probably benefiting from good provenance. Finish is medium to medium (+).
