Saturday, August 28, 2010 - Riesling Tasting (Schloss Roberts): I always enjoy Donnhoff Spatlese, but this was my first NH. Really great spatlese. lots of lime, mineral, tropical fruit, white flowers, and some lavender. perfectly balanced. medium(+) acid, medium sweetness. Long finish that you can just sit and enjoy -- I could drink a bottle of this and still yearn for more.
