Friday, November 30, 2007 - Right up there with the best Pinot Noirs I've tasted. This wine boasts concentrated dewberry, laughing gas and cinamon aromas. It tastes exceptionally pure, and perfectly aged at this point, with a tannin so resolved you hardly know its there. As pleasant and rewarding as a great wine can be. I question whether or not to even compromise the experience with food, but if you umust I would pair it with something delicate like poached salmon.
