Thursday, May 14, 2015 - Cloudy crimson color. With a bit of aeration, this developed an earthy and brambly nose. The palate had a good balance of red berries, an echo of the earthy nose, and additional stony notes. This has a mild but lingering acidity on the finish. Wonderful mature Burgundy, with all the elements in balance. I continue to be impressed with how well the 1990's are showing right now.
