Wednesday, November 23, 2011 - This wine really didn't show much for the first hour or 90 minutes, but then opened to a lovely, light, cherry, floral and Burgundian style Pinot, with a good earthy balance. This is an elegant wine, but certainly not a powerful wine. Seems to be well within it's window and unlikely to improve
