Friday, October 27, 2023 - ~2.5 cm from the bottom of the cork. Dark blood red and a bit dirty in appearance. Cherry liquor, herbs, spice, blood, and some barnyard funk. A bit rustic for sure but exactly what an old-school CnP ought to be at this age. Drinking at peak and held over 3 hours.
