Thursday, September 22, 2022 - Yum yum yum.
Shiraz seems dominant over the Cab with the mature fruit showing a tonne of soft sweetness, but there's Cab blackberry and graphite flavours mixing it up with Shiraz cherry and raspberry cordial.
Tannins velvety soft but fresh acid still present and colour looks great all the way to the rim, so this still has years to go if you're luxky enough to be sitting on some.
