Sunday, April 1, 2001 - Butter yellow, pale for age. Some mustiness which blew off quickly. Very clean. Very austere. Perfectly preserved. A food wine for sure, maybe shellfish, just a so-so match with roasted chicken. Subtle, not weak. Strictly for those who already know they like white Bordeaux.
