Wednesday, July 9, 2014 - Decanted for about 30 minutes before drinking with grilled burgers and then drank over the course of 3 hours. Aroma is tobacco, tar, cigar box and blackberry. The taste has some oak and tobacco; the fruit is actually quite light and not quite as prominent as I would like This is very much in my wheelhouse for Cabs, but the fruit is just a bit lighter than I would prefer I to be.
