Friday, December 30, 2022 - Megeve style, served from a magnum, pairing with some crazy haute Savoie cheese. Yes cheese rulez. Medium ruby color. Dusty berries, mushroom, some white pepper, vanilla and white truffles on the nose. Med acidity, med body, med alcohol, Med tannins, Med flavor intensity and med finish. Vanilla, slight note of capsicum, red dusty berries, white truffle and a light touch of white pepper. Subtle. Glamorous. Megeve style then.
