Tuesday, February 1, 2022 - Forest berry more than cherry earth subtle florals. midweighted and graceful on the palate. there’s intensity without heaviness. Sappy and supple with more of the same forest berry fruit, dark cherry, earth and ferrous notes. some lovely basil like cooling herbal notes. A lovely mix of fruit and earth. With more air time, it becomes more savory and earth driven with more loamy earthy and ferrous notes come to the fore. It's not terribly dynamic, but honest and very good.
