Thursday, August 15, 2019 - Backus is the crown jewel of Napa Cab. It won out over Shrader Hillside, Sloan, Maya, Hundred Acre in side by side tasting. Enjoyed it with Tomahawk Ribeyes and grilled octopus. Beautiful wine.
