Saturday, August 1, 2009 - A delight to drink, though still in its youth. The nose is generous with herbs, grass and citrus peel. Even some caramel toffee initially. Also some shellfish saltiness which develops into salt licorice as the evening goes on. The taste is well structured, with a lot of healthy acidity. This wine will age gracefully - we will wait some years for the next bottle.
